This is a very nice hotel. I have been here twice now on conference and must say that this is a great venue. Very nice rooms which are very spacious and modern.professional staff which attend to any request are also great. I can’t believe it is already over two weeks since we were there for our Christmas in July Rally.
I wanted to send a mail to thank you and your staff for hosting the most amazing weekend for us.
Your staff were so incredibly accommodating and really made us all feel so welcome and special.
A very special thanks to Freddy for being like my right hand man during the weekend.
Thanks to Olly (spelling?) for hanging up banners for us, to the chef for the amazing food and naturally thanks to Johannes, the trusted Barman. Of course, there are many staff members who I do not know by name and I would like you to convey our thanks to them.
Finally, the biggest thank you goes to you… You really were quite amazing and made my job as rally officer so much easier.
We will definitely be back and in fact, I believe one of our members is already returning on the long weekend in August.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the Team MAS for an extremely successful and triumphant event held there for the Old Mutual group recently. The Team at MAS was ON POINT with everything, -gracious and worked as a team should work, - in cohesion and harmony every step of the way, bringing the right energy and sparkle which made for an extremely pleasant stay.
There is a lot that one can deduce by just observing how staff contribute to the days demands, and Dean certainly proved to be an excellent Captain, leading his team with sensitivity, clarity and a great deal of common sense. He is an outstanding example of the 'soft skills" that one has to be mindful of implementing, when dealing with people-dynamics. I wish there where more of his kind in this industry.
The zestful and enthusiastic approach of Morecai, is something we can all learn from, and I hope to be as passionate as him when I reach his age! This industry certainly has its moments…. :-)
Exuberant Chef Riaan kept to his word by providing us with a great spread, which tasted and looked amazing.
Aesthetically, MAS is a magnificent resort and with a Team such as this, conveying the right energy to each guest, MAS can only grow and prosper. Just proves, that one man can make a difference!
I wish you and the Team MAS the very best for 2013 and the years ahead, and I am eager to watch MAS grow from strength to strength.

SANTE HOTEL & SPA
We spent the afternoon in the magnificent spa enjoying treatments followed by sessions in the steam room,sauna, jacuzzi and heated swimming pool.
We checked into the wonderfully decorated and HUGE Manor Suites before meeting for pre dinner drinks and dinner in the restaurant.
The service staff were friendly and efficient. Dinner was really good and chef made a quick adjustment without disrupting flow of service.
I definitely will be returning and recommend this property.

Hope all is going well and sorry we missed each other at the Hotel. We were running around and must have not being there at the given time I only heard the next day that you were there.
From our side just to say thank you for the wonderful amazing opportunity to host our event at your hotel!! It made the whole experience magical and contributed greatly to our success of our event. The hotel staff and management were Amazing and I have only good things to say of them!! they went out of their way to accommodate us and worked all the time. During the event we were mostly in the Media room and I walked several times in and out midnight hours and then Dean was still walking up and down cleaning tables, picking up things, moving things and with a smile all the time. He as an immense positive energy and “can do” attitude which is the first thing I look at when i put a team together for our events!! I wish I can steal him… he was the best “face of Orion” and what a great leader. I am sure the Hotel will have many success with him as the Leader in the next few years…
I must sent Esme the biggest gift ever once back in JHB. From day 1 she was the pillar of strength at the Hotel and kept all together and believe me I can be demanding and just kept her cool 24hour a day!!! She handled each issue as if its nothing and sort it out before I can ask again if it was done. She did more than what was asked for and its staff like that which contributes to the success of an event.
Riaan was absolute amazing and went out of his way to prepare and create magical Feasts of dishes for these athletes!!! Everyone was just talking about the amazing food!! He can think creative, improvise and make plans like no other. He can work under immense pressure and can keep his cool at all times!!
Stephanie was the mother figure and ensured that all the rooms was in impeccable shape before and during the event!! She works behind the scenes and was the 4th wheel of the oiled car.
All in all these 4 individuals went beyond duty and I am not sure always if Hotel owners know what amazing staff they have!! Without them it just wont work!! Our event was so amazing and such a success !! it looked beautiful at the hotel, the grounds was in best shape ever and I could see that they really tried to cut and clean as much as they can. Also thank you so much to Mark who ensured that we had wireless all the time and that our media could work 24/7.
Here and there a few small issues but nothing that we could not sort out and all learned from it. All in all, best venue ever for us and I think you received amazing reports and media from this event!! There were so many photo’s and reports posted with mentioning of the venue etc that you cant put it into value. I will put all the photo’s and media reports in a DVD and sent to you and we would also like to meet with you to Thank you and have a post event meeting.

COACH HOUSE HOTEL & SPA
I would like to rave about the service I received at Coach House. Whilst driving there last week Tuesday, we received a puncture on the way. It was in the middle of the forest at about 7pm. I could not replace the tyre as the jack was broken. I contacted coach house to let them know that I will be late, and see if they can help. Owen, the manager on duty immediately contacted Natalie at sister hotel Magoebaskloof. She organized a tow truck, and a lift to the coach house. She was so concerned, she phone regularly to check our (me and a colleague) safety. The tow truck arrived, and we also got a lift to the hotel. Owen had already taken our order for dinner, so when we arrived there at about 10pm, we had a warm plate waiting. The following day, Owen took us in his own car into town where we had business. This is wonderful service that will keep us going back to Coach house. Thank a lot to Owen and Natalie! They are great ambassadors for your brand!

It was a remarkable experience, the staff were friendly and was always willing to go beyond the call of duty. The staff and management was flexible and always tried to accommodate our various demands that were not planned. The overall environment was conducive to our requirements/standards.
